I have stayed at Ashtan Sarovar for almost 2 years at regular intervals and the service has been exceptional from the beginning of my stay (in Feb 2022) till the last time i stayed in March 2024. The bookings were very promptly addressed every time by Mr Rajeev Khatri and never ever was disappointed. The check in and check out at the counter was smooth because of Parth Aggarwal, Lavleet and Mehar. The morning breakfast time was a pleasure when Heera ji and Chetan used to serve the food with the warmth you would expect from someone your own. Added to them were Gaurav (notable suggestions on what to eat) and Deepak. Subhrajit Da was charm to talk to, always smiling. The food had improved a lot after Chef Harish took over the command. The housekeeping staff were very attentive and responded well to requests, special mention to Mohan Pratihari for his generosity. Last but not the least, the Captain of the Ship, I mean the General Manager, Mr Vikas Abrol always ensured with regular feedback of the service standards and issues if any. It was home away from home. It is by far the best hotel in Green Park, centrally location in Delhi which is like 30 mins away from most of the places.

It is a very gud place for hosting a business meeting. The service of F&B Team (Mr Chetan) is very gud and they are very helpful in every aspect. The sales team (Mr Subhrajit) is very helpful in organising this meeting.

Was a very good experience. Ismail was very good in his job. Clean and comfortable place, near to everywhere and food is good is you try some Indian dishes. I’m glad to be in this place. Muy agradable espacio y el servicio es muy bueno, les recomiendo si vienen de fuera y quieren conocer el la India.

Stayed here on a business trip. The staff was very welcoming. Always got a quick service. The housekeeping staff, Ismail was very friendly and extremely efficient. I highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful experience! Room was well furnished and clean. Housekeeping staff was helpful and prompt in addressing all requests. Meals were good. There was a lot of variety. Full points to their kitchen. Front desk staff was also courteous and helpful.
